HOPE LINK 

Hopelink equips individuals and families with low incomes to remove the barriers to self-reliance.  Barriers may be different for each individual.  Our goal is to identify and meet the immediate need that is hindering them from moving forward with a job, school, financial stability, or a safe environment in order to achieve self-reliance.

Individuals face many barriers when navigating support services, this program provides a road map in order for them to learn and apply for available services that will further assist them.  Our Healthy Communities Certified Family Development Professional continues walking with them on their journey to ensure their goals are achieved and self-reliance is realized.
